The company owns a new industrial park of 4.500mq located at  approximately 20Km from Milan as well as the current unit of 600mq completely equipped in Via dell'Artigianato, in continuous evolution and modernization for the constant control of raw materials, semi finished and finished products. The internal laboratory of Research & Development takes care of the development and optimization of new formulations and applications for the various needs of the clients. The strength of the company consists in flexibility, innovation and realization of a competitive product for the clients. In order to pursue the aim, I.R.A. collaborates with University Institutes and specialized centers for the execution of dermatological and functionality tests.

We supply partial or complete assistance, in full-service, for the realization of new products. We are able to supply all the regulatory and commercial documentation: analysis certificate, data sheet, safety data sheet, technical documentation of raw materials with indication of the active principles of commercial interest, detailed offers for single projects, technical documentation for medical devices.

I.R.A. Istituto Ricerche Applicate Srl is also able to manage the storage of the packaging and manufactured products on behalf of the client.
Our productive system includes turbo emulsifiers up to 500 Kg. (all of recent acquisition) and mixers up to 500lt.

We have a sophisticated system for water sterilization that operates in inverse osmosis. We assure a productive ability up to 1.000Kg per day.
