CROSS-LINKED HYALURONIC ACID WITH BDDE

An injectable, non-pyrogenic, reabsorbable medical device containing cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, produced via bacterial fermentation. The product presents itself as a colorless gel contained in a pre-filled, graduated, disposable and sterile glass syringe with a Luer Lok adapter.

ADVANTAGES:

• High tolerability with virtually no endotoxins or other free toxic substances;
• Very natural results and instantly visible lifting effect;
• Ease of use and intrinsic product safety facilitate the physician performing the treatment.

DIRECTIONS:

• Filling of deep & superficial wrinkles;
• Correction of skin imperfections and scars;
• Facial contour remodeling.

ACTION:

The volume of the dermo-epidermal tissue is increased by the hyaluronic acid hydrophilic molecules’ natural ability to bind to a quantity of water which is many times higher than their weight, allowing to fill in the intradermal spaces and to integrate the intercellular matrix, providing firmness to the tissues. The cross-linking technology developed by I.R.A. increases the product’s overall stability and duration over time.

PROTOCOLS OF USE:
  • Cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid with BDDE 15 mg/mL – Periocular wrinkles.
    Retrograde linear injections are recommended, tracing the wrinkle’s surface path. Avoid hypercorrections at all times. For the optimal application, stretch the skin between the fingers of the hand which is not holding the syringe, trying not to prick the surface capillaries. Delicately massage the affected area after the injection to homogeneously spread the product subcutaneously.
  • Cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid with BDDE 20 mg/mL – Perioral wrinkles.
    Injections must be performed deep into the superficial dermis, avoiding hypercorrections. According to the practitioner’s experience, both the serial puncture (picotage) or the retrograde linear technique can be used for these corrections. If using the picotage technique, start from the end portion of the wrinkle, working towards and tracing a sequence of adjoining punctures. A vigorous massage should be carried out on the affected area after the treatment.
  • Cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid with BDDE 25 mg/mL – Deep facial wrinkles.
    Retrograde linear technique is recommended over the serial puncture technique. Injecting the product deep into the dermal is advised.
