POLYNUCLEOTIDES GEL

An injectable, non-pyrogenic, reabsorbable medical device containing polynucleotides of animal origin (fish). Given its hydrophilic and polyanionic characteristics, the polynucleotide based gel can bind water molecules, filling intradermal spaces promoting hydration and plumping up the tissue. The product presents itself as a colorless gel contained in a pre-filled, graduated, disposable and sterile glass syringe with a Luer Lok adapter.

DIRECTIONS:

Non-surgical facial treatment designed to correct small skin imperfections, preventing the effects of aging as well as providing deep hydration to the skin.

ACTION:

Polynucleotide chains bind water molecules, promoting an anti-free radical action, serving as a scavenger or hydroxyl radicals, which accumulate under stress or due to foreign agents, such as UV radiations. The hydrating and anti-free radical action promote the restoration of tissue elasticity. The three different concentrations allows a treatment of different types of blemishes.

PROTOCOLS OF USE:

Polynucleotides Gel 7.5 mg/mL – Fine superficial wrinkles and small scars.
Retrograde linear injections are recommended for the treatment of superficial wrinkles, tracing the wrinkle’s surface path.
Avoid hypercorrections at all times. For the optimal application, stretch the skin between the fingers of the hand which is
not holding the syringe, trying not to prick the surface capillaries. Delicately massage the affected area after the injection
to homogeneously spread the product subcutaneously.
Polynucleotides Gel 20 mg/mL – Moderate deep wrinkles such as superficial perioral wrinkles, superficial cheek
wrinkles and medium dimension scars.
Retrograde linear injections or micro-droplets techniques are recommended for the treatment of superficial wrinkles,
tracing the wrinkle’s surface path. Avoid hypercorrections at all times. Gently massage the affected area after the injection
to homogeneously spread the product subcutaneously.
Polynucleotides Gel 25 mg/mL – Deep wrinkles such as nasolabial folds and for general remodeling of larger body
areas such as the tights, stomach and gluteus.
Retrograde linear technique is recommended over the micro-droplet technique. Inject the product deep into the dermis.
